Servall Two Drum Winder achieves outstanding winding results even with large reel diameters. Servall Two Drum Winder has a simple and easy operation leading to several advantages such as high slitting quality, large finished reels, high output, low downtimes and auto set changes. They can handle a variety of grades such as Writing & Printing, Newsprint, Hard Tissues, Tetrapacks, AFP, Cigarette Tissues, Booklet Tissues, Copier Papers, Kraft and Coated Board.
High Winding quality is guaranteed by the shaftless rewind with positive guidance of the counter loaded rewind carriages and the auto controlled Rider roll nip relieving. In addition, the hardness (initial and final) of finished rewound reel can be adjusted through two motor digital drive controls. A solid and rigid structure and larger Winder drums ensure vibration free smooth winding of finished reels. A special surface coating on Winder drums ensures better winding. Linear guides and bearings ensure a longer, friction free and maintenance free life. Web threading equipment is provided for easy handling during threading. Tension control is ensured through Electro-pneumatic control systems and measurement through a pair of load cells. The auto set change of finished reels through PLC, reduces downtime on winding operation.
Salvage winders used for salvaging rewound reels and reduce losses to a minimum. Can also used as Rereelers.
