Our foundry is approved by TUV Nord Germany to produce Grey Iron and SG Iron pressure castings. We are supplying castings to pulp & paper industries, cement plants, asbestos industries, machine tool manufacturers, sugar industries, pump industries, heavy gas and steam turbine casing industry, chemical & process industries, etc.
We are one of the leading exporters of cast iron paper dryers in the weight range of 3 tons to 15 tons. Operating pressure of the drying cylinder is 3 bar 12 bar. These cylinder castings we are exporting throughout Europe under TUV Nord /LLOYDS/DNV/SAQ-Sweden Inspection.
We have received ISO 9001 accrediation from TUV Nord. We have also got ASME “U” Stamp to export these drying cylinders to USA & CANADA. Material specification & weight range of our castings are given below:
